EUROPEAN PREMIERE OF "THE GOOD ROAD". Senator Alben William Barkley of Kentucky, Minority leader of the U.S. Senate (right), and Representative Karl E. Mundt, Chairman of the Mundt Committee, receive a spice cake from two of the principals at the close of the revue. Miss Inga Tengsjo of Sweden plays the part of the farmer's wife and Mr. Jim McLaughry of Pennsylvania, former pilot in the U.S. Air Force, plays the part of the farmer. The Congressmen are two of the Mundt Committee of fourteen visiting the M.R.A. Assembly at Caux during their investigation of the Information Services of the State Department in Europe.
