Mr Alaniz is one of the pioneers of Moral Re-Armament in Latin America. A militant trade-unionist, working in the metal industry, but also adviser on matters concerning Labour to the Organisation of American States.

He speaks of how his own change and the change in some of his colleagues has had repercussions in his country.

Shares his decision not to let position and money come first in his life, but to fight materialism.

Mrs Alaniz speaks of how wives of trade-union men work side by side with them to bring change.
